User Agreement

This agreement is between you and Anti Corporation ("we", "us") and covers your use of the ASO View app. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

The service

ASO View checks where apps rank in App Store search results for the keywords you choose and shows the results and their history. Rankings come from public App Store search results. They are provided for information only and may differ from what other users see.

Free plan: 100 keywords

You can track up to 100 keywords free of charge. We may change or limit the free plan in the future. If we do, we will update these terms first.

One account per person or company

Each person or company may use one account. Do not create extra accounts, reset or reinstall the app, or use other devices to get more free keywords than the limit allows. We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break this rule or that misuse the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or break into the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Apple

These terms are between you and Anti Corporation, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the app also follows the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the ranking data is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Anti Corporation is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, that arise from your use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data with "Reset this device's account" in Settings. We may stop offering the service at any time.

Changes

We may update this agreement. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
